Smooth painted walls, ceramic tiles in the bathroom.
Design:
Premium decorative paint, decorative plaster, veneer panels, designer tiles.
Floors and Ceilings
Base:
Underfloor heating with porcelain stoneware in all rooms, stretch ceilings. The ceilings have wiring for light fixtures.
Design:
Underfloor heating with designer porcelain stoneware in all rooms, stretch ceilings in all rooms, ceiling lighting in some rooms. Installation of light fixtures.
Doors and Windows
Base:
Soundproof entrance door, interior doors, standard PVC windows.
Design:
Soundproof entrance door, interior doors, curtains or blinds on the windows.
Bathroom and Kitchen
Base:
High-quality European plumbing, boiler, connections for household appliances and light fixtures, underfloor heating system.
Design:
High-quality European plumbing, household appliances, designer lighting, heated towel rail, underfloor heating system, boiler.
Furnishing
Base:
The basic package does not include furniture.
Design:
Fully furnished apartment with household appliances, lighting and décor items from the best European brands.
Lighting and Electrical
Base:
Standard light fixtures and sockets.
Design:
Designer switches, contour lighting.
