Confirmation of Payment of the Municipal Infrastructure Fee The document issued by the Municipality of Kolašin confirms that the development company NORD GRAD DEVELOPMENT D.O.O. has fulfilled its obligation to pay the fee for municipal infrastructure provision of the construction site. The confirmation relates to the construction of a residential building on urban planning plot UP 1, Zone J, Subzone J3, which includes cadastral plots No. 831 and No. 831/1 in the cadastral municipality of Kolašin, within the boundaries of the DUP “Centar” urban development plan. The document was issued on 25 November 2024 for submission of the construction notification to the competent inspection authority.

Notice of commencement of construction

The document confirms that the development company NORD GRAD DEVELOPMENT D.O.O. KOLAŠIN officially submitted a construction notification to Montenegro’s Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property for a residential building on cadastral plot No. 831/1 in Kolašin: UP 1, Zone J, Subzone J3, DUP “Centar”. The notification was accompanied by the legally required documents, including the verified main design, the technical review report, proof of ownership of the land plot, agreements with the contractor and technical supervision provider, liability insurance, approval from the Chief Architect, and confirmation that utility charges had been settled. The document is dated 12 September 2024 and bears the Ministry’s receipt stamp.
