How We Work with Realtors, Agencies, and Partners
We, Nord Grad Development (part of the Eco Club Development group of companies), value partnerships with realtors and aim to make our collaboration as transparent and beneficial as possible for all parties.
 
Essence of the collaboration: You find potential buyers for our apartments in the new residential complex in the town of Kolašin, Montenegro, and we pay you a commission after a successful transaction.

Your responsibilities:

• Search for and attract interested buyers.
• Organize and conduct viewings of our properties.
• Act as a liaison between us and the client during negotiations.

Our responsibilities:

• Provide you with all necessary information and documentation about the properties.
• Ensure access for apartment viewings.
• Keep you informed of any changes in a timely manner.

Commission: We pay a commission of the signed purchase agreement amount. The agency agreement is valid for 12 months with the possibility of extension.
 

Work process:

 
After showing the apartment, you complete and send us a Viewing Report.
After a successful sale, we jointly sign a Service Acceptance Report, and you issue an invoice.
Payment is made within 7 working days after we receive payment from the buyer.
 

Important:

1. The commission is paid only after the buyer successfully pays more than 50% (or the full amount) of the apartment price. This is our guarantee that we pay for real results.
2. The terms of our cooperation are confidential.
3. This is not an exclusive agreement: you may work with other developers, and we may work with other realtors.

 
We aim for a long-term and honest partnership. If you bring us a buyer, we will do everything to ensure the deal goes through and you receive your well-earned commission!
 
In short: you find clients, we build and sell, and together we are a successful team.
